Return Process

  Contact our dedicated support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive an authorization form.

  Carefully disassemble the chair and pack all components back into the original TTRacing packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized courier point to begin the return journey.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our facility, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 5-7 business days.
